Our phone is open between 8.30am to 5.00pm. There is no facility to leave phone messages.
Our Doctors are available to communicate by telephone, however call to the doc or can inconvenience patients whilst having their consultation, so a message will be taken and responded to as soon as possible.
Urgent calls will be triaged by a nurse
There is a 24 hour turnaround time to respond to emails. The emails are not for routine patient enquiries.
